This notice describes Claudia Cuencos’ course landing page, including its Cloudflare-hosted version and the earlier Netlify address. It does not replace the separate policies of the hosting provider, Calendly, Meta, or Point Lookout Yoga Club.

Who handles your enquiry?

Claudia Cuencos is responsible for enquiries about her training. Origen Growth manages this website and assists with enquiry follow-up on her behalf. For privacy questions, or to request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry, contact origengrowth@gmail.com. Please do not email identity documents or sensitive information unless specifically needed and requested through an appropriate channel.

What information do we collect?

The questionnaire asks about your background, learning interests, availability, and course investment. These selections remain in page memory and are not submitted to a server, stored in browser storage, or added to Calendly’s URL.
Your name and email are entered only in Calendly when you book a call. This website does not collect a separate name, email, phone number, or open-ended question before the calendar.
Technical information processed by the hosting provider, such as IP address, request and browser information, for hosting and security. The earlier address is hosted by Netlify; the migrated version is hosted by Cloudflare Pages.

We do not ask for medical records, diagnoses, payment-card information, or government identification. This website is intended for adult visitors.

Why do we use it?

We use confirmed booking information to prepare for your conversation, answer questions, and follow up about this training. Booking is not consent to an unrelated newsletter or to sell your information. Booking a call does not enroll you in the course, reserve a training place, or confirm a payment.

Where does your enquiry go?

The current questionnaire does not submit an enquiry or send a form notification to Origen Growth. Booking details are handled by Calendly and Claudia’s connected calendar; confirmation and invitation messages follow that service’s settings. The team may assist with follow-up on Claudia’s behalf. Historical enquiries sent before this change may remain in the earlier Netlify form system and notification emails. Contact us to ask about your record or request deletion; historical records are not deleted automatically by this migration.

Service providers may process information outside your location under their own terms. We do not promise that records are confined to one country or automatically deleted after a fixed number of days.

Calendly and registration links

After reviewing the questionnaire, you can choose to load Calendly inside this website, or open it in a separate tab to schedule a call. The embedded service is loaded only when you ask to open the calendar, and then receives ordinary request information such as your IP and browser information. We do not prefill contact details or questionnaire answers or add them to its link. Details you enter in Calendly are handled there under its own privacy notice. A call is confirmed only after you finish Calendly’s booking process.

The embedded calendar can notify this website that a time was selected or a booking was confirmed. We validate the sender and do not save or forward the booking or invitee URLs as advertising-event details. A booking completed in a separate tab may not be measured by this website. This is not a server-to-server booking integration, and cancellations or changes are managed in Calendly.

Course registration and payment take place on Point Lookout Yoga Club and its registration provider. You may need to sign in or create an account there. Their payment, cancellation, and privacy terms apply. This website does not collect card details or confirm payments.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

When configured and enabled, the Meta Pixel is an optional advertising-measurement tool. It loads only after you select Allow optional measurement. Declining does not prevent you from reading the website, submitting an enquiry, scheduling a call, or visiting the club’s registration page.

If you allow it, Meta may receive technical browser and device information, IP address, page and referrer information, advertising/cookie identifiers, and generic events: page view, questionnaire opened or advanced to a step, calendar opened, time selected, or a booking confirmed by the embedded Calendly service. A confirmed call sends both Lead and Schedule for the same appointment; these are not two separate people or bookings. We do not mark an unsubmitted questionnaire, calendar-link click, or time selection as a confirmed lead or appointment, or a registration-link click as a purchase. We do not intentionally send names, emails, phone numbers, questionnaire answers, medical information, or payment details as event parameters. Measurement may be unavailable because of your privacy choices, browser settings, or provider restrictions.

Your cookie preference is stored in this browser when available. You can change it using Cookie preferences in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement from this page; it does not recall information already received by a provider. Browser-level global privacy controls are respected by this implementation.

Other services on this website

The hosting provider may provide aggregate request statistics using technical hosting information. Netlify Web Analytics applies to the earlier Netlify address, not automatically to the new Cloudflare address. Hosting counts can include technical visits and are not confirmed leads or appointments. They are separate from the optional Meta Pixel.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on the migrated site. Cloudflare adds its own browser beacon to measure aggregate traffic and page performance, such as page views, referring websites, browser/device categories, and loading performance. This is separate from optional Meta advertising measurement and from your Calendly booking. It does not receive questionnaire answers or contact details from our application. Technical rehearsal visits can also appear in these statistics.

An explicitly labelled rehearsal mode uses a local, in-memory stage-and-time report without submitting enquiries or sending Meta events. Ordinary hosting requests still appear in server analytics. Calendly remains a live service in that mode; completing its booking process creates a real appointment.

The website uses Cloudflare Pages hosting (Netlify on the earlier address), Google Fonts, and a locally hosted testimonial video. These services can receive ordinary web-request information independently of the optional Meta measurement. The video does not autoplay.
